Biography
After previously fronting and writing music for bands in the more hard rock vein, songwriter/musician Weil Ylagan digs deep and celebrates his love for all things new wave, with his debut solo release "Kabaliwan."
Both serious fans of the genre and fans of great, catchy and hook-laden tunes will easily appreciate how Ylagan has best-captured the sonic production vibes, and hits pretty near the proverbial bull's eye with airy vocals and a vintage approach to instrumentation.
