Biography
The Symphonic Black Metal band started way back December 24, 1999 wherein Michael and his sibling John Decided to form a metal band. After those, they agreed to name the band as "Hoodswhite".
Hoodswhite means "Fallen ones cover and act as pure for holy ones" and literally means "Covering oneself a white hood to be purely seen".
The name of the band is also giving an idea of hypocrisy in the eyes of everyone and in the eyes of God.
After they had baptized its name, they got Paul to be their drummer. When they went complete they had been starting to cover many songs which help them to make successfully their own dark tuned compositions.
In long years of experimenting and crossing tunes for the band, Michael met Anthony(A2) and had him as the bands' lead guitarist. When Anthony came, they revised their compositions in putting leads and scaling to get more horrific tunes for their songs. Hoodswhite with learning experiences from genre to genre and going extreme to more extreme they still seek and looked for something lacking and still the band were not contented. That's the moment where they found Nicole. Nicole had become as their only girl in the band and keyboardist.
Since John realized that it sounds much better to have rhythm guitars for a heavier package of music, John asked Yoyong to be the rhythm guitars and become one of the horde.
Together, they constructed and produced new and more eerie and evil notes in their compositions. And as the time pass by, the black metal band covered some more songs from melodic black metal bands like Cradle of Filth and Dimmu Borgir, Behemoth, Chthonic. They also got inspired with old school black metal bands such as Satyricon, Old Man's Child, Darkthrone, Dark Funeral, Gorgoroth,Venom, Bathory, Demonic Christ, Immortal and many more. As of now, they are still on the focus mode in creating their pit and hell raiser music. Hoodswhite also grew and evolved as years passed by as they grow mature with their understanding of music and being a musician.
For now, A2 had stopped for awhile in the band to fix some family matters and we put Yoyong as lead guitars and Feb as session in rhythm guitars.
