    • Largest file is 6.67 MB. I am able to upload the songs a few minutes ago so I guess the server is just too busy last night when I tried. Thanks!

    • I am having issues uploading our original songs to the site for approval.  The size is less than 25MB and the bitrate is 320kbps. I even tried reducing the bitrate to 190kbps but still no dice. Here are the screenshots

    • Hi guys, not an error but maybe just some questions. How come through facebook nalang pwedeng mag login? Hindi na ba pwedeng mag create lang ng account? Kasi I created an account for my band in the past few months now I can't log in to it anymore. Thanks in advance guys. Rock on!

    • Hello po Hindi po kami makapag submit ng music. last time po kasi nag submit na po kami then pinatake down po namin and gusto po ulit namin mag submit ng music. "Hindi Kita Pipilitin" yung title po nung song na isusubmit po namin.

    • Nag submit po ako nang 3 songs namin. Kaka approve lang po. Tapos nung e search ko using our band name, 1 song lang yung lumabas. Nag search ako using the title of one of the songs na hindi lumalabas kapag band name ung sini-search, ang artist name is yung linked facebook account ko.

      I think what happened is, na upload ko yung first 2 songs nang hindi ko pa na papalitan yung artist name nung account. Kaya nung na approve, yung artist name upon submission parin yung naka lagay.

      Possible po ba na matulongan ako nang mga admin na palitan yung artist name nung approved songs, or kailangan ko talaga e re submit yung mga kanta? baka po kasi mag take time na naman yung review/approval process.

      Sana matulongan nyo po ako mga sir. Thanks in advance.

    • we cannot upload a music file mp3 format It only says at least 128kbps quality. Any file size restriction? Only uploading a 7MB file from a google drive.

      May problem po yung name ng artist namin ang naka indicate po is yung name po ng Facebook account ko hindi po yung name ng band. Papano kaya gagawin namin? 

      Ang name ng song is "KING" by ROOD pero account name ko po yung nakalagay. 

      I hope matulungan niyo po kami.

    • Hello! I've been trying to submit our song but it was not working. I keep getting a message that the song could be on Playlists already but it was not. I tried to do it using computer browser and the app but both of them got the same error message. I already searched the song but no results found as expected. Thank you.

    • If you registered as a "Regular" and wants to convert to "Artist" simply delete your account and register again as an artist. Go to settings and click Delete acount.
