Diff. between EMO genre and Scene

the topic has been requested by Esar one of the members here, and I also want to learn about the diff, between the two,

to those who know please make a comment, i don't care if you guys make a harsh comment or not,

mayrun po ako nabasa tungkul sa emo at scene.
sa trend daw mas maayos manamit ang scene, ( kaya siguro tnawag na scene kasi they want to make a scene or rather get noticed)

yung emo daw- yun yung mga taong miserable buhay, ayaw na bumangon sa ksawian (which i think is parang o.a lang) hndi maayus ichura. imagine na lang.. yung mga laslasero.

yung scene daw- yun yung evolution ata ng mga emo, which is yun mga msayahin type na emo. yung maayos na manamit, malinis tgnan (parang hindi nalalayo sa ichura ng k-pop ngaun to ah)

yun daw na basa ko lang..

evolution nang EmO ang scene pala....

kea same parin sila nang music and outfit,

so Sluts lang pala tlga yung mga nakasama namin before na they claim themselves as Scene, pero in just a matter of mins, may mga nakapatong na sa kanila :P through exp. lang naman to after nang tugtugan... well anyway thnks for that....

sa mga kilala ko na nag claim na scene sila, mas flashy yung itsura nila. i mean mas kapansin pansin, sa kulay ng buhok. napaka fasionista ng dating lalo na sa mga babae. at sa music, more on hardcore, deathcore, mga core na may halong trance o dance yung mga hilig nila. mga mabibigat tapos medyo may pang sayawan. kaya siguro masasaya sila kasama o kausap...

yung emo, let's look at those generic ones. yung mga ganu'n pa din, malungkot. red and black lang ang alam na kulay. hahaha! yung music nila more on alternative, rock, indie, post-hardcore. sounds emotional yung mga pinakikinggan nila. siguro mas nakakapag reflect sila dun...

Elementary my dear Watson. Ang Emo genre is a branch, style or type of music which is, sabi nga nila Emotional. ANg Emo scene is more of the Emo culture or events. Not to be confused with a "Scenester" which is a person trying hard to be associated with their chosen scene, in this case the Emo scene. Kaya ang tawag dun, Emo Scenester...

i dont have any idea in General what the hell EMO is and What the FUCK scene is, that's why i ask,
because... as to those music genres that I've heard before...
theirs no such thing as "EMO" and "SCENE"....

kpag music, yung EMO more on mellow type like second hand serenade mga ganung kanta ng rejection ang theme, tpos yung scene kidds, any genre. pwedeng metal, deathcore. etc..

In my own opinion, Scene kids are the whore's of Rock. The only thing they care about, is being seen in the scene. They will affiliate them selves sa kung ano man ang trending. Wala silang passion sa music, they are all about image. Typical kids, na gustong magkaroon ng cool na identity.... Chicosci anyone?

Ang mga scene kid evolution yan ng mga emo. Iniwan na nila ang pagiging depressed, at ngayon ang gusto na nila ay ATTENTION. They're teenagers na mahilig sa hair extensions at eyeliner, at walang ibang ginawa kundi mag post ng pictures ng sarili nila sa myspace, at nakikiuso lang sa kahit anong music na may -core sa dulo ng pangalan.

Ate Vanana.. Pwede ba natin sabihin mga poser yung scene? Kasi wala nga sila paki sa music, they're all about the attention on them. Actually nagtaka ko at meron tumatawag sa sarili nila na "scene". Iba kasi pagkakaintindi ko sa term eh, but I still use it. Something new to sakin. Pagnawala ang emo sa pagiging anti-social, scene?

ahhmm,well emo nwaday are diff. from da root...da fashion,lifestyle,well cz u hve to hve a brand..b4 in pinas we call it bollocks nw poser...

ask da guy who started it,emo nw is is an evolution wrong adaptation...big diff... old and new emo... dey taught being an emo is to cut urself,meloncholy...teenagers view...its nt jst about da look or lifestyle...its about supporting or craving 4 ur music...
