oo tama ka jan brad.. pero pra sating huli pinanganak.. cguro nman may alam tayo sa punk scene noon na pwdng icompare sa punk scene ngaun..
eto pra skin.. tingin ko mas makabuluhan at mas maggressive ang punk noon kaysa sa panahon ngaun.. malaki ung pinagbago..

punk before was really underground! only a few people knew about the subculture that is hardcore punk.
punk today is not underground anymore but there is still an active underground scene w/in the metro.
punk before was "punk" down to the core! i mean its an attitude & a lifestyle then.
punk today is just a "punk" that's all there is to it.
bago pa may magtaas ng kilay senyo, this is my opinion regarding the word "punk" not the people & not the scene. i believe that the punks then just grew & still the same punks today. the same ol' attitude & the same ol' lifestyle! the local underground scene is pretty much alive & still DIY! a lot of foreign HC/punk bands had visited the phils & there are a lot more coming!

tama ka danielle. may ibang bands prin ngaun who sticks w/ the old punk music. pero pili nlng ung mga un (i guess).. i know some underground punk bands.. ung tlgang tugtugan ng punk nun.. kaskasan lang, palm mutes.. sarap isipin na may mga gnung banda prin ngaun..

i agree w/ this statement! eventhough i havent been able to watch underground shows for a long time now, im still well informed w/ the local underground hc/punk scene.
dang! i miss the ol' days! ...when i was still able to attend all the shows from anywhere w/in the metro. antagonist AD sa laguna! makapanood naman sana!

exactly. sobrang buhay pa ang punk music ngayon. marami pang punk bands, kailangan lang na makibalita/ kumalap ng impormasyon about sa mga gigs. If you heard of UMC and Meat productions, nagoorganize sila ng mga punk gigs hindi lang dito sa metro, pati sa mga provinces din. try to research. malawak ang internet.
